At Custom Made Hair By Hills (Cmhairbyhills), we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or return options following the guidelines outlined below:
- Eligible Items: Unworn, unaltered items with tags attached, including unopened wet products, are eligible for exchange or return.

- Exchange Fee: For U.S. orders only, utilizing the provided easy-return label will incur a deduction of $9.95 plus $1.00 per item from your exchange or return.
